Lermer Holzscheite Gmbh is more than a timber merchant. We see ourselves as the preservers of the forest. To do this, you have to be an all-rounder: we offer the entire range of forestry services. This includes environmentally friendly, individual timber harvesting and considerate timber hauling as well as resource-saving forest management.
That is why Lermer Holzscheite Gmbh relies on both modern forestry machines and traditional techniques that are ideal for sustainable and soil-friendly timber harvesting and forest management.
We supply firewood in the form of round wood to private and commercial customers throughout NRW. The wood, whether softwood, hardwood or coniferous wood, comes exclusively from regional forest owners and forestry administrations in NRW.
Our range includes all types of wood that our forests offer, in different qualities, lengths and quantities. Our firewood is PEFC certified and is suitable for fireplaces, ovens and grills.
Our claim: We want to leave the forest as we found it. We draw on decades of experience in forestry work and use both modern methods and traditional techniques from planting to harvesting. As a long-standing partner of municipal and private forest owners, we have already earned the trust of our customers in the past through our responsible work.
Harvesting timber because we all need it.
Do you have a private forest and there are dead spruce trees, for example? But you don’t have the necessary resources for proper management? Then we are your partner. We offer you tried and tested, practical solutions and are at your side with the whole range of forestry options to get your forest back into shape. Your forest should be around 0.5 hectares in size and fully stocked. We can also help you apply for any funding.
And after the logging, we help you market the wood. Numerous partners support us in this. We are happy to assist you in a successful collaboration.
